Visiting A Widow

Religion that is pure and undefiled before the father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.

James 1:27

Mary Langat and has been supporting her six children since 2008. That is the year her husband (Gabriel Langat) passed away to paradise. Gabriel was a sound Gospel preacher.

Pictured above are Mary, Peter (20 years), Brenda (13 years), and Ivyone (12 years).
(Not pictured above) Demas (15 years) and Karen (17 years) are at boarding schools. Mercy (22 years) is married.
Things were so tough for them in 2015 they all went to an orphanage, but they were not treated well.
They came back to their homestead and Marry has been planting and harvesting tea on her small piece of land and gets hired to do the same on other tea plantations.
They are a happy sweet family. I visited them at 6:45 in the morning for tea, Bible study and prayer.
This week, would you pray for Mary and her children?
